- General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the CryptoVault website and any products or services purchased from CryptoVault. By using this website, you fully accept the Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these terms, do not use our website.
- Products
CryptoVault offers hardware wallets for cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to Ledger and Trezor devices. We provide these products for sale to the South African market.
• All products are new and genuine.
• CryptoVault offers hardware wallets that securely store cryptocurrencies and, when applicable, come with manufacturer warranties.
- Pricing
All prices listed on CryptoVault are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but we will honour orders confirmed before any price changes, at the agreed-upon price at checkout.
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank Transfer (EFT)
• Major Credit/Debit Cards: PayFast Gateway
We require full payment before dispatching any products.
- Shipping and Delivery
CryptoVault ships within South Africa. Your location will determine the shipping fees during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location, but we aim to deliver within 3–7 working days.
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information. CryptoVault is not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Returns and Refunds
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We offer the following options for defective or damaged products:
• Replacement of the product (if stock is available)
• Full refund, excluding shipping costs
Returns must be in original packaging and in a resellable condition. Note that tampering with the packaging prevents the return of hardware wallets, as it compromises the device’s security.
- Warranty
Hardware wallets sold by CryptoVault come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty details included with your product for specific terms. CryptoVault does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
- Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product information, we do not guarantee that all content on our site is free of errors. CryptoVault is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of our products or website, including loss of funds due to improper use of hardware wallets.
- Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will only use your personal information, such as your name, email address, and shipping details, to process your order and enhance our services. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law.

- Governing Law
The laws of South Africa govern and construe these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
